Over time, even a high performance flap will show signs of wear from daily use and changing weather. A fresh replacement flap restores the original swing, seal, and magnetic closure that your Endura Flap system was built around, helping maintain consistent comfort inside your home.

Each flap is formed from a flexible polyolefin based polymer chosen for its durability, resilience, and ability to handle temperature shifts. The material is designed to stay responsive rather than stiff, so pets can move through easily while the magnets help guide the flap back into position.

Every kit includes the core components required to return the flap to proper working condition, including pivot washers and a magnet set. Hole plugs are provided to match either original square corner frames or updated 45 degree corner frames, ensuring a clean finish after installation. Thermo Panels, Thermo Sashes, and New Pet Door Guys in the Glass installations do not require hole plugs.
